Little Ninjas today, leaders tomorrow
The Little Ninjas Program is a detailed curriculum that focuses on improving pre-school age children’s basic motor and listening skills. These skills will help them enter society with a more confident and enthusiastic outlook. They will become better students at school, better listeners at home and more ambitious towards the future. We believe the time between the ages of 4 and 7 are the most important years of a child’s development. Our program will enhance positive development in a fun and motivating way.
The Little Ninjas program will also prepare your child for the Terrier Martial Arts class.

In our Little Ninjas classes, we make learning fun and educational. Our goal is to help your pre-schooler be the best they can be at everything they put their minds to.
The Terrier programme is for kids aged 7-11 and is designed to give your child everything they need to thrive in life from physical fitness and confidence through to improved school work and respect for others.
At Wright Fitness, instructors strive to be the positive role models you’ve always wanted for your son and daughter; it’s about developing the whole child through empowerment and confidence.

All young students in our children’s programme are required to take a specially designed form to their teachers at school every 4 months. This has to be signed off by the teacher before the student can be considered to be put forward for their next martial arts grade.
The form also needs to be signed by the parents to show that they are being well behaved and are showing respect at home! We follow this up with a quarterly report card so both parents and students understand exactly how well they are progressing.

Kickboxing / Sport Karate is one of the most popular martial arts. Our particular style is a blend of karate, oriental kicking, western boxing and self-defence techniques.
Wright Fitness classes give both a great aerobic and anaerobic workout and will also develop speed, flexibility, strength and co-ordination.
Regardless of your age, size, body type and current level of physical ability or disability, Kickboxing / Sport Karate could be just what you are looking for.
You do not have to be competitive or naturally athletic to take part in the class. Learning with Wright Fitness is about self-improvement and self-confidence.
